Run for Charity
Running for a charity is an amazing thing to do. Knowing your run has helped others, gives a huge boost to the satisfaction you’ll feel on finishing the race. You’ll also be more highly motivated during your training and the race itself.
We recommend signing up to run for one of our Official Charities listed below, who have free or discounted spaces available – but it’s up to you!
They can give you official sponsorship forms, details on how you can fundraise with JustGiving and offer specialist help and support.
If you are a charity interested in becoming involved in the event, please email charity@run4wales.org.
