Qualifying Criteria
The Brecon Carreg CDF 10K welcomes entries from elite athletes who have met the qualifying criteria. You can claim a free entry if you have achieved the times below in 2023, 2024 or 2025:
Men (Sub 31 Minutes)
Women (Sub 36 Minutes)

10K Series Prizes
The event is part of a 4 race series, which includes the ABP Newport 10K, ABP Barry Island 10K, Porthcawl 10K and Brecon Carreg CDF 10K – with overall series prize money awarded after the final race in Cardiff (you must participate in three races to score).
